The knives are lightweight and comfortable to use. Included in the set are a purple 19cm chef's knife, a yellow 19cm bread knife, a blue 19cm carving knife, a red 13cm all purpose knife and a green 9cm paring knife.
Taylor's Eye Witness have been making quality knives since 1838, so are experts in product design and quality. These knives are very sharp and need to be stored out of reach of children and we suggest sharpening the blades regularly - if you require a sharpener, then the Chantry Knife Sharpener is superb. To protect the different colour coatings that have been applied to these knives, do not store them next to sharp objects and do not use steel wool or scouring powder to clean them.
