The Jamie Oliver Groovy Chopping Board is a sleek, well-designed chopping board that epitomises the style and finesse of all Jamie Oliver products. Produced using beech from sustainable forests, the Groovy Chopping Board is so called because of the evenly spaced grooves cut into the surface of the board. These grooves have two functions. Firstly, they provide a good grip when cutting larger fruit and vegetables (you can even place carrots, cucumbers and other long vegetables into the grooves for support whilst cutting!). Secondly, the grooves collect liquids from juicy fruit and veg which can then be poured into whatever dish you are preparing rather than wasted or easily be discarded. This reduces mess when preparing food and keeps you worktops neat and tidy.

The Jamie Oliver Groovy Chopping Board measures 40cm x 30cm and has a depth of 4cm. Compared to big, bulky chopping boards, it is a nice sized board that is easy to store and clean.
